Migration

Migration from Leadspedia to Boberdoo

In October 2021, we moved from Leadspedia to Boberdoo. This describes all of the many steps we need to do to move the accounts from one system to the other:

  1. CLOSE Leadspedia
    1. Advertiser –> Home –> Name ==> Prefix the name of the advertiser with “(x} ” to mark that it has been migrated
    2. Advertiser –> Home –> Status = Paused (if it’s not paused already)
    3. Advertiser Balance
      1. If pre-paid buyer: Advertiser –> Advertiser Credit –> Adjust Credit –> Debit, set amount to the current balance to zero out, make a note “Transfer funds to new system”
      2. If rev share buyer: Do nothing for current balance
  2. ADJUST PARTNER SETTINGS in Boberdoo
    1. TAB PARTNERS –> SELECT PARTNER –> ACCOUNT SETTINGS –> CONTACT INFORMATION
      1. Partner account settings contact information section –> Login –> change the login from the original that we uploaded to the main account owner email address
    2. TAB PARTNERS –> SELECT PARTNER –> ACCOUNT SETTINGS –> ACCOUNT INFORMATION

      2. Edit partner –> Invoicing/Billing –> Remaining Credit Trigger –> Set to max product price minus $1, normally cost of water calls minus $1. For example if water call is $400 then set this to $399
