Inquirly Billable Lead Criteria

Inquirly only charges for leads (calls or form submissions) that meet the criteria below. These rules apply across all verticals unless otherwise noted.

What Counts as a Billable Lead

A lead is considered billable when all of the following conditions are met:

Non-Billable Leads

These leads are not charged and do not require a refund:

  • Calls or forms that do not meet billable criteria
  • Spam or solicitation
  • Robocalls or automated traffic
  • Requests outside the service category
  • Leads outside the approved coverage area
  • Calls failing authorization requirements (if the partner did not pursue the lead)
  • Duplicate calls
Refund Eligibility (Primarily for Form Leads)

Because non-billable calls are never charged, refunds mostly apply to form leads that were delivered, billed, and later found to not meet billable criteria.

A lead may qualify for a refund if it meets one of the following:

Refunds Are Not Issued When

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The lead came from an approved ZIP
  • The partner failed to update coverage
  • The partner could not reach the customer
  • The partner responded too late
  • The customer chose another provider
  • The customer canceled or changed their mind
  • The partner was unavailable or fully booked
  • The partner declined the job
  • The partner continued pursuing the lead after identifying authorization issues
